Retake Candidates
Written and oral exams	$500
Written only	$400
Oral only	$300

Refunds
Exam/PCR:	• $1000 through July 1, 2008 • $500 through August 1, 2008 • No Refunds after September 1, 2008, including last minute cancellations and failure to attend exams.

Other Fees
Re-inspection	$1000
Recertification exam fee	$400
Annual Maintenance Renewal fee	$100
